Course Overview
This course is designed for robotic surgeons who have undergone the basic training and wish to enhance basic skills obtained or to focus on a specific procedure. This training includes laboratory hands-on sessions with the da Vinci system and cadaver models. The course will be offered to 2 surgeons that have previously completed the basic da Vinci System Training. Participating surgeons will be trained in the role of console surgeon and learn key concepts on Techniques of Robot-assisted nipple-sparing mastectomy. Training certificates will be issued upon completion of the training by Yonsei.

- Registration : $2,500 per one surgeon(Bank transfer)
- Each program is designed to accommodate up to 2 surgeons
- Fee covers all program instruction, materials and scheduled meals
- Attendees are responsible for their travel, lodging and additional meals
- Agenda subject to change according to procedure schedule / patient availability
Course Objectives
Upon conclusion of the course, participants should be able to:
- Patient preparation and positioning
- Making of borders
- Creation of working space and retromammary space dissection
- Injection of the tumescent solution
- Robotic docking and arm alignment
- Tips for easier approach to the dissection plane
Target Participants
- Breast surgeons considering or currently involved in the development of robotics programs
- Breast surgeons who desire a refresher course after a previous training course
